CITIZENSHIP INVESTMENT PROGRAM
Acquire an EU passport and receive a full Cyprus nationality through the Citizenship investment program.
A combination of residential Real Estate investments of €2,000.000 in the Republic of Cyprus, out of which €500,000 will be for a private residence
Applicants can also invest in Bonds or in Alternative Investment Organizations, out of which the applicant should invest €2,000.000 plus €500,000 for a Residential Real Estate
Clean Criminal Record certificate from applicant’s country of origin
Proof that the investment funds have been originated from legitimate sources outside of Cyprus
PERMANENT RESIDENCE PROGRAM
Obtain the right to live in Cyprus permanently, by purchasing real estate assets.
Purchase in Cyprus numerous Real Estate properties with a total purchase cost of €300,000 (excluding VAT). Real Estate properties can be either Residential or Commercial properties
At least €200,000 (excluding VAT) of the purchase cost must be settled
A steady and secure annual income should be transferred on a regular basis from overseas to an operating bank in Cyprus. The annual income should derive from sources other than employment in Cyprus, such as salaries from employment, pensions, dividends from shares, fixed deposits, rents etc.
Applicants should transfer the amount of €30,000 from abroad and deposit it in an operating bank in Cyprus for a 3-year period
